Why Jaxamilly Nails?
Jaxamilly Nails are your salon-quality nails without the trip to the salon. I use top of the line nail products to produce handmade, high quality, luxury press-ons. My press-ons are long-lasting, chip resistant, and sturdier than drugstore press-ons. Try a set and see for yourself!
How long is your processing time?
“READY TO SHIP” sets will ship in 1-3 business days.
“MADE TO ORDER” sets can take between 5-7 business days to process and ship out.*
**Please note that these time frames may fluctuate based on the number of orders I have to process and ship!
What shipping options do you offer?
I currently ship all orders with USPS First Class at a flat rate of $4.99 or FREE with any orders over $75! I will offer more shipping options soon.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time I only ship within the U.S.
What is your CANCELLATION AND return policy?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

Press-On Nails
How do i know my nail size?
Please refer to my size guide to find your nail size.
If your press-ons end up being slightly larger than your natural nail, please use the nail file in your prep kit to file the edges to fit your nail.

How long will my nails stay on?
Using nail glue, your nails will stay on for 2-3 weeks when applied properly.
Using the gel tabs, your nails can last for 1-2 days.
**Please be sure to follow the prep and application instructions included in your order!
can i reuse my press-on nails?
Absolutely! Jaxamilly Nails are long-lasting and chip resistant which make them perfect for reuse. If you use the gel tabs, gently remove the gel adhesive from the nail after wear. If you use nail glue, you may experience a little bit of glue buildup after removing the nail. You can use a Q-tip and acetone to gently remove buildup from the artificial nail. (DO NOT SOAK IN ACETONE!)
i want this ready-to-ship set, but it is not in my size!
Ready-to-ship sets are made as a one-of-one. I try to make a variety of designs for each size. If the set you like is not available in your size, you can place a custom order here. Just keep in mind that the processing time will be longer than ready-to-ship orders.
the set i wanted is no longer on your site. can i still order it?
Most sets are only available for a limited time. I usually rotate them out after a few weeks and add new styles in! If there was a set that you really liked, but is no longer available, you can place a custom order here.
Can I request a custom design?
You can request custom sets here. I accept as many custom orders as I can at a time (I’m a one-woman team)! If my Custom Order Form is unavailable, that means I am not able to accept orders at the time.
HOW DO I MAKE MY PRESS-ONS LOOK NATURAL?
Your press-ons will look most natural by using nail glue rather than the gel tabs. Try to slide the press-on under your cuticle as much as possible, but you still want it to feel comfortable. *If you prefer the gel tabs, the same tips apply, but make sure to smooth out any air bubbles under the gel tab and press the artificial nail onto your natural nail as firmly as you can!
my sculpted set won’t adhere to my natural nail. what do i do?
Some (mostly the “sculpted”) sets have a higher apex than others, especially if your nail bed is flat or grows upwards. This means there will be a slight gap between your natural nail and the press-on which doesn’t allow the nail glue to dry as it should.
How to fix it: Use the gel tabs AND the nail glue together. Apply glue to the press-on nail, then peel the white film from one side of the tab and press it into the press-on. Allow that to dry, apply glue to your nail bed, peel the other piece of film from the gel tab, and press the press-on nail onto your natural nail for 10-15 seconds. The gel tab will act as a filler between your nail and the press-on!
